Staff was friendly and prompt with service, especially if you connect with them on Line. Like most hotels in Taiwan there was no heater in the room, but they provided an extra comforter which helped. "Loved this hotel one of the best we've stayed in around Taiwan. Great bed, bathroom with bath and good shower, good sized room and good breakfast. Only suggestions would be coordination of the lifts as you press each button for each lift at the moment.
