"Wonderful place to stay, with extra touches to make our stay special. Accommodation was clean and comfortable with plenty of space, with a balcony offering beautiful views over Bay of Islands. Excellent location for getting to quay fir boat and ferry trips and within walking distance of Waitangi Treaty Grounds. (Although the steep walk back up hill after a day out is quite tough...but view was worth it). "

"The view to die for. all day sun. The apartment layout. Massive outdoor area, with spa, outdoor furniture, BBQ. Kitchen well equipped.lots of power points. Easy walk into shops, restaurants, ferry. beach across the road. Comfortable beds and fans in each bedrooms. Dislikes, l lack of parking on site, only one car park for a 3 Bedroom apartment. But did let one car park in staff parking. Tight parking area. Only legal parking down the road. Lack of water pressure in showers. Overall we did...

"The manager was welcoming and caring. Anything that was not in our room that we needed, he responded quickly with the items. The balcony had a lovely outlook and the room was well ventilated having two entrances. It was quiet even though on a busy road. Building set well back from road. Would stay there again. "

"Very clean, great views of the beach and a lovely cafe next door. Very close to Waitangi treaty house and Russell passenger ferry. We enjoyed our stay at the Sea spray suites. "

"This motel has basic facilities and will work for those looking for convenience and value for money. We found the place damp and cold. One of the rooms had mouldy curtains and smelly bedspreads. The walls were very thin and we could hear the neighbours moving about. We had to sleep with earplugs on."
