"Lorenzo was such a sweet host during our stay! He and his family are so caring and genuine and thorough in taking care of the guests. The village is such an absolutely gorgeous place to be, so magical and tranquil. Best experience ever!"

"on positive side - parking, owners attitude and room. All nice! On negative - might be irrelevant for others, but the church bells going off every 30 mins... Truth to be told - Bonassola is what we decided to all one of "Our places" to come back and enjoy. But those church bells... who on earth needs exact time during night? 1 in 1000 people?"

"I selected a room in La Perla Blu to be close to train station, away from traffic and near free parking. We got there and they’d switched us to an apartment on the main square. It was spacious and clean but VERY LOUD ALL NIGHT, every night. Party and carnival noise until 3:30, Town clock every 15 minutes, leaf blowers and pressure washers starting 5:45 am. Three nights, no sleep. And only two half rolls of toilet paper for three nights. "

"Rommet vi fikk fungerte ikke som lovet og til tross for at vi hadde leid tre netter flyttet vi etter en natt og bestilte nytt hotell i samråd med hotelleier og hotels.com. Men det endte med at hotellet ikke betalte tilbake de to nettene og hotels.com svarte ikke på skriftlig klage til ledelsen. Vi endte opp med å betale for to hoteller de siste to nettene. Skikkelig elendig opplevelse. Så uproft."

"Family owned. Mr Stephano absolute gentleman. General manager. Paid the best attention to every guest i observed. Wife Paola FNB manager ran the very elaborate breakfast shift like a professional. "This is nice European hotel by the beach. It has a little rooftop bar where everybody socializes one of the best breakfast buffets we've had in our whole trip to Italy park right in front of the hotel in the parking lot for the bay/pier. It's a 2 to 3 minute walk to the ferry that takes you north to portofino There's lots of nice shops, walking distance in downtown for Resturants provisions wine merchants. Old town of rapallo is very walkable and you'll enjoy the calm comfort more than the smaller towns. "

"I loved my stay at Miramare. The room was small but very comfortable with a fantastic view. The breakfast was great and the restaurant was delicious. All of the staff were friendly and gracious, and I especially loved one of the bartenders, Nic I think, he was so fun and kind and attentive, and I loved chatting with him while having some wine and snacks. I loved Rapallo overall, so quaint and beautiful. I will be back! "
