"In general, it was ok. But I think the staff can be better. Some parts of the hotel look old and needs some maintenance (for example, the cover of the key reader in my room fell out and the sign of the hotel in the top looks old). Regarding the staff, I arrived a little bit early (like 45 minutes) and I asked the lady in the front desk if she could check in earlier and she said there was no way and when I asked for options, she just keep saying no. Then I asked if I could use the pool until...

"The professionalism of the staff. Friendly faces and smiles and knowledgeable. The ambiance of the entire place. Did not like the fact that I was not informed before hand that there would be a $500 hold on each room 🤔. "

"Staying here with our family, we loved the excursions to see wildlife so close to the resort. The pool was beautiful and people were very friendly. The buffet was good. our family and kids really enjoyed it. "

"My stay at the American Trade Hotel was, without a doubt, one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The staff were exceptional, and the food was outstanding. The location was unbeatable, but my favorite part was my room. Starting the day with coffee and a croissant on the balcony was incredible, and ending it with a glass of wine there before dinner was perfection. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough."

"This is an excellent property near the airport. It was clean, the staff is friendly. They provide a welcome cocktail and a giant breakfast with delicious coffee. The internet worked, they have cable TV and a nice lobby. The only downside was the shower was barely warm. But that is standard fare in Panama. They also have a free shuttle to and from the airport. I would stay here again and recommend to others."
