"This is such a cool place! It is all about the rainforest and the animals. The hotel is magical looking. You feel like you are in Jurassic Park. The staff was very friendly, the food good and the pool lovely. The hotel is a bit old and the rooms are a bit dated, but very comfortable and large. We went on night safari, saw the sloths, went zip lining and up the cable car. All very well organized, and so fun. Highly recommend staying here!"

"I didn’t like that everything I went to get in the jacuzzi the water didn’t get hot only the bubbles came on, I asked a worker on the property and they told that the heated jacuzzi stopped at the certain time…. Ok, no problem…. I next time I went a little earlier, still no heat…. I tried calling the front desk, no one answered…. An employee was walking by the pool and I asked them about the heat and they texted someone and said, that someone will come up, no one came so I went back to the room…....
