"The staff is amazing, especially Jorge, Rennie, and Maria. It’s a lovely hotel, linens, bed, bathroom, balcony, all wonderful. AC works well. Oregano and Starfish grill were great, coffee was excellent."

Some parts of the hotel look old and needs some maintenance (for example, the cover of the key reader in my room fell out and the sign of the hotel in the top looks old). Regarding the staff, I arrived a little bit early (like 45 minutes) and I asked the lady in the front desk if she could check in earlier and she said there was no way and when I asked for options, she just keep saying no. "My stay at the American Trade Hotel was, without a doubt, one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The staff were exceptional, and the food was outstanding. The location was unbeatable, but my favorite part was my room. Starting the day with coffee and a croissant on the balcony was incredible, and ending it with a glass of wine there before dinner was perfection. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough."

There are very few in-room amenities (maybe I missed that in description): no coffeemaker, no iron available at all -literally have to contact housekeeping and they will pickup and iron items for you.
