There are very few in-room amenities (maybe I missed that in description): no coffeemaker, no iron available at all -literally have to contact housekeeping and they will pickup and iron items for you. Sounds nice but if you're just needing to run a few passes of steam and go, this doesnt work. Also no phone in room to contact front desk or housekeeping. "Centrally located. Quiet room. The receptionist (May) was excellent. Very professional and kind. Morning breakfast was also excellent. The maintenance man was fast when i couldnt figure out the TV. Security was on point. Elevator cant be used without room key. Recommended "
