"Eurostars is terrible, they would not refund my money. I had to cancel my trip to Panama for reasons outside of my power, Covit-19 reasons. The Panamanian government closed all international flights and Eurostars did not refund my money."

"Propert6 well maintained but it didnt feel like a luxury stay at all. There are very few in-room amenities (maybe I missed that in description): no coffeemaker, no iron available at all -literally have to contact housekeeping and they will pickup and iron items for you. Sounds nice but if you're just needing to run a few passes of steam and go, this doesnt work. Also no phone in room to contact front desk or housekeeping. "Centrally located. Quiet room. The receptionist (May) was excellent. Very professional and kind. Morning breakfast was also excellent. The maintenance man was fast when i couldnt figure out the TV. Security was on point. Elevator cant be used without room key. Recommended "

"Excellent location! Very close to Iglesia del Carmen Church. Very close to El Rey supermarket and Riba Smith supermarket. Very helpful employees. They readily make change of 10 or 20 dollar bills. Taxis are readily available outside along Via España street. Very good and reasonably priced on-site restaurant "
