"We took a chance on this new rental with no reviews because we were offered a discount. Everything about the property was wonderful, with one exception...it needs to be cleaner. This is something the host can easily rectify, and if they do, this will definitely be a 5 star rental. Location was perfect - quiet, with quick and easy access to both Oakland and SF. "When we first got to property I wasn’t too sure if we were in the right place. We arrived late at night and it took some time to find the side path to the studio, but once we found it and went in it was just as the pictures show, so cute and cozy and the owner let us an apple pie which was an amazing surprise. I was there to pick up my daughter from her first year at CAL and it was close to her dorm. I will definitely be staying there again when we move her back I the fall."

"Everything was spot on except TP. They leave you one roll, so make sure you fly TP across the country or you buy more immediately, because they're not kidding about the "minimum supplies"."
