"This property was acceptable but know the following things in advance: 1. The BART is more like 5-6 blocks and the neighborhoods are slightly questionable for safety. 2. There is no air conditioning but it was cool enough during the evenings to open the windows 3. There is a rooster nearby that crows early in the morning 4. The neighbors were playing loud music several nights until 2am 5. The loft is only accessible by a fireman’s ladder and it was difficult to use. 6. No ice trays Overall it...

"This studio apartment was perfect as a base from which to visit with our WC family. It was close to downtown but located in a quiet area away from street and freeway noise. Being on the ground floor also meant no stairs to climb and easy access to parking in our designated parking spot. "

"The space could have been so much nicer. It looks great and has good appliances, nice bathroom etc but it was pretty bare bones. The garbage cans were microscopic. Everything seemed to purchased assuming you would only be throwing away Kleenex. If you enjoy a firm mattress, this is the place for you. It was exceptionally firm to the point of hard. I couldn’t sleep the first night because it was so uncomfortable. The second night I paid close to 300 to stay at a nearby hotel which was a fantastic...

"The bed and location were the best parts. Although the key parts - kitchen, bathroom and nightstands were clean, the floors were not that clean. They looked clean, but based on the socks I wore, there was a lot of dirt or dust somewhere. Hosts were very nice and responsive."

"We had a wonderful stay at this studio apartment on top of a garage. The location is in a quiet quaint old neighborhood of craftsman houses and within a short walk to the San Francisco Bay Trail. There are also two lovely parks within walking distance. The bed was very cozy and comfortable and the couch was also so comfortable that I accidentally fell asleep on it! There is a large refrigerator in the kitchen, which has everything you need if you want to cook. We liked this place so much...
