"Everything was good about the hotel except when we left and we were told we had to pay 150baht for a bathroom ( FLOOR) towel which my 5-year-old son had stood on with dirty feet from walking around the hotel & pool area, we didn't realize he stood on it but they insisted we have to pay to get it cleaned.. sorry but definitely won't be staying here again"

"I have stayed at this hotel before. It is convenient to the mall and has a good restaurant that is open late. The staff is friendly and accommodating. This is an older hotel, but comfortable. "The hotel is next door to the big mall, Central plaza. There are Starbucks, McDonald's,KFC and other street food in the basement and Top supermarket inside the Mall. There are tuk tuk you can catch a ride in front of the Mall. You can ask the hotel to call taxi for you as well. "
