"Everything was good about the hotel except when we left and we were told we had to pay 150baht for a bathroom ( FLOOR) towel which my 5-year-old son had stood on with dirty feet from walking around the hotel & pool area, we didn't realize he stood on it but they insisted we have to pay to get it cleaned.. sorry but definitely won't be staying here again"

"Room was old and outdated: lack of lights made room look SO dark, also not enough outlets. Room was spacious but looked empty, not very efficient to use the space. Lots of insects in the hallway from our room to the elevator, we were at 8 floor. There was also an uneven floor at the door to the room - I tripped and almost hurt my ankle when stepping outside. "
