"Stay in the pool house. The rooms are cute, shabby chic, jet tub, just all around nice. The restaurant at this hotel is really good. I mean really good. Normally, hotel restaurants in tourist towns are rarely better than a Denny’s. Not so here. And while my steak was overcooked, everything else was amazing. You must try the Brussels sprouts. Just do it. Also, the craft cocktails are preternaturally delicious. The Vieux Carre was the best. But, she makes a mean Sazerac. Between the two of us over the course of four days, we tried 6 of their specialty cocktails. All were amazing. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"I love this property. The rooms smell like fresh linens and the provided ear plugs are great. The rooms heater was up all the way so when we got to our room it was toasty warm. Room service is great and I always forget that the portions are huge. I love staying here. The east building has a beautiful view of the ocean. We also enjoy the heated salt water pool. Already can't wait to come back."

"It was a great stay. The manager Glenn came in and had someone come into the bar/ restaurant so we could have dinner there. Kallie the cook was very friendly and came in just so we could have dinner. Syn the housekeeper does an amazing job. We are repeat travelers and the room has always been very clean. She also Brought us waters and chocolates and asked if we needed anything else. They all gave above and beyond!!"

"The hotel is excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice to wake up to a good breakfast each morning. The room is comfortable and clean. Minor quibble, the room with the double queen beds is a little small but fine otherwise. I would stay here again."
