"Excellent location on main street of Béziers. We arrived during the xmas market, best I have ever seen. Béziers Xmas market is a must see. Room was small but sufficient."

"Lovely hotel that also manages the adjacent Italian restaurant. Great location with excellent restaurants, parks and in the centre of the city. We walked from the train station. It’s very well located and not that far - but it is uphill! Very uphill with medium sized cases. However, once there, very quick reception, great maps available and helpful advice. Valras Plage T3, ground floor garden villa with all comforts

Left a lot to be desired!!

"This was a very disappointing stay. The host did not meet us as Planned. She sent a man to let us in And gave us the keys, but Did not speak any English. We were Left without explanation of how things worked in the apartment… I was shocked to find that there were no sheets or towels in the apartment. Fortunately, we had a friend who lived Near so we were able to borrow some from her. We were so uncomfortable. We had to leave a day early."

"It was very difficult and confusing to figure out how to get into the building. Although I had already paid through Expedia, I had to pay again. And there is a computer monitor that asks your name and reseveration number. The hotel's reseveration number and Expedia's reservation number are different and I was using Expedia's reservation number. At the end of a long day, you don't want to waste 30 minutes trying to figure out how to get in. "
