"I was there for a 4-night stay for the World Series at Yankee Stadium Pros: Excellent communication/instructions, room was comfortable & sufficient, bed very comfortable, lots of closet/drawer space, bathroom remodeled nicely, very good gym, 20-30 min walk to Yankee Stadium which was very convenient Cons: Room shades/blinds were dirty & broken unfortunately (I like natural light but unable to open), balcony was locked (I think for safety reasons but still a bummer for the extra room type...

"No one reply’s to me when I try to use my one night credit. Now they refuse to even give me credit at all. I understand there is no refund but I contacted the property prior to the stay and they said they will give me one night credit because they took my money!!!! "

"First time visiting NYC, I chose Brooklyn to attend concert and The Penny as my dog is named Penny, too. Overall, The Penny was an wonderful & comfortable stay, with great staffs/services. Beautiful hotel with great amenities, amazing rooftop restaurant (dinner & cocktails were delicious), and the city skyline view! Definitely will be back and staying here again and again. TYVM for a fabulous stay! "
