"The motel is an old school type place that has plenty of charm. Rooms are very small but bed was very comfortable. The best part of the stay is the very friendly staff and homemade breakfasts. They serve real coffee, no instant coffee machine. The breakfast casserole was fantastic! They also serve homemade chocolate chip cookies and wine in the afternoon. We'll be back!"

"Nice little hotel with the added bonus of a hot tub! Warm welcome at check in. The breakfast was lovely and topped up throughout the morning. It snowed over night but the walkaways and carpark was cleared. "

"This property is a beautiful historic hotel. We stayed in the King’s room. It was lovely and had a sitting area. The hotel is located in the middle of town… so very walkable to nature, shops and bars/eateries. The surrounding area is stunning! The breakfast was delicious. We had a short order Cook that made eggs and pancakes in real time. Got up at 2 AM in the morning and saw two bears (walking behind the facility) from our bedroom window. I read that bears are common in this area…something to be aware of. Should mention that the rooms do not have TV’s… but there is a TV room near the lobby. The hotel interior has been very well maintained and really shows off its Victorian architecture."
