"Overall very good. Father & son ski holiday. Pros Ski in and out excellent facility with excellent storage for ski gear - once you work out where to enter off the slope. "Although not particularly close to restaurants the location worked really well for us. "Bardonecchia is a ski resort, so accomodations are mostly ski lodges. Do not expect any large hotel chains here. We were here for 5 nights in June and had a great time. Location is close to train station and to the main street where you can find lots of restsurants. The views are amazing and did lots of walks. "A very handy location and a well maintained property. Location is a 5 min walk to the slopes and nearby restaurants and shops. We rented a 6 person room for 2 adults. This worked well as it meant we had 2 bathrooms, though it meant we had more to clean before we left. The living space was very generous. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. "

"I was there in the final week of the season, with the Residence mostly full, the hotel section closed, and minimal staff (Pierre really was our knight in shining armour), but the experience was still excellent. We were looked after extremely well, and the room, facilities, and pastry deliveries were all first class. Highly recommended!"

"Had not been informed that this is more of an apartment rental than a hotel, and arrived at 10pm to find reception had closed at 8pm- there had been no warning of any closing times! "On est allé pour faire de le ski, et nous avons une très belle expérience. Juste à côté des pistes (5 min à pied). La maison est correcte, au niveau d’espace et propreté. "Everything was lovely in the apartment with all just as it should be. As we walked in it was just as the photos had advertised. The owner/host was really helpful and friendly. The ski in ski out and the position on the slopes was brilliant. My only complaint was the long walk from the car drop off with luggage etc with only 4 lifts servicing loads of apartments. Trolleys were meant to be available but were few and far between . Having said that we would return another time. "
