"The apartment was clean and well equipped for cooking , cleaning etc. The pictures of the place are accurate and the views are spectacular. The covered parking was great. The brick promenade made access to the train and shopping a special walk which we enjoyed immensely. Great place to stay but save the car rental and use the train. The station is a 15 minute walk and trains are frequent and cheap."

"We stayed 10 days in Rapallo and the accomodation was a typical italian Apartment with A/C, basic kitchen equipment, a very cool rooftop terrace and a balcony. There even was a welcome gift with some food and other helpful Kirchen stuff! The communication with Roberto was easy & helpful, he was available and took care immediatly when we asked. Grocery stores nearby and 10 minute walk everywhere. NO WIFI - and the connection not too good inside the apartment. We had a great stay :) "

"This is an apartment without traditional concierge. Once booked, they start to communicate with you till you check in. They gave a pass code to enter main and unit door. Overall is nice on the interior. Exterior/Surrounding are very run down. No shower curtain around the bath tub, so after bath, water all over the place. "

" Nous avons réservé 9 jours. Dans l’annonce il n’est pas précisé qu’il faut garer sa voiture plus bas (sur des places réservées aux résidents parfois toute occupées) et monter environ 80 marches. Monter nos affaires à 33 degrés (+ une très forte forte humidité) a été plus que sportif… La communication a d’ailleurs été très compliquée car l’hôte n’était pas présent et ne donnait plus aucune nouvelle à notre arrivée …. 3 heures (de stress) plus tard il nous envoie la vidéo de là où est caché...

"Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, war groß, sauber und zentral gelegen. Alles konnte man zu Fuß erledigen. Lokale, Geschäfte und Innenstadt waren in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es gab sogar einen eigenen PKW Parkplatz vor der Tür. Die Vermieterinnen waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Absolut empfehlenswert für Paar oder Familien mit Kindern. "

"We came up from Rome on the train and found our cozy apartment not far from the train station. As older visitors negotiating the spiral staircase with our luggage was a challenge. But it added to the charm of the apartment. It was a great location not far from the bus stop nor from the bay. A short walk along the waterway brought us to all sorts of restaurants and shops. Und dann gab es zum Empfang auch noch ein Fest im Dorf ;-) Die Wohnung ist sehr groß! Drei Schlafzimmer bieten viel Platz, eine große Wohnküche (in der ein paar Dinge fehlen, z.B. ein Toaster und ein paar scharfe Messer), ein Wohnzimmer und ein langer Balkon. Alles nicht modern, aber zweckmäßig, sauber und bequem. Wir haben uns alle (7) sehr wohl gefühlt."

"Laura is a very welcoming, vivacious and giving host (first time I was greeted with a gift). The apartment is every tourist's dream: spaces well divided, located in a quiet location, with a big free parking lot, and just a few steps away from restaurants, stores, produce market, fair (on Thursdays), supermarkets, train station and the beach.
