"We stayed 10 days in Rapallo and the accomodation was a typical italian Apartment with A/C, basic kitchen equipment, a very cool rooftop terrace and a balcony. There even was a welcome gift with some food and other helpful Kirchen stuff! The communication with Roberto was easy & helpful, he was available and took care immediatly when we asked. Grocery stores nearby and 10 minute walk everywhere. NO WIFI - and the connection not too good inside the apartment. We had a great stay :) "

"Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, war groß, sauber und zentral gelegen. Alles konnte man zu Fuß erledigen. Lokale, Geschäfte und Innenstadt waren in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es gab sogar einen eigenen PKW Parkplatz vor der Tür. Die Vermieterinnen waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Absolut empfehlenswert für Paar oder Familien mit Kindern. "

"This place is an amazing find and great value for what it has to offer. As part of LHP the appartment was done following the same look and ammenities of the 5 stars LHP Santa Margherita Palace Hotel (where I stayed last year and reviewed it with a 5 star rating). Clean, comfortable, with 2 full bathrooms and 2 bedrooms it is a lot more spacious than any hotel room if you don't mind not having every day service (I didn't). The large balcony offers spectacular views !"

"Wir haben uns schon beim freundlichen Empfang sehr wohl gefühlt. Obwohl wir spät angekommen sind, lief alles bestens. Und dann gab es zum Empfang auch noch ein Fest im Dorf ;-) Die Wohnung ist sehr groß! Drei Schlafzimmer bieten viel Platz, eine große Wohnküche (in der ein paar Dinge fehlen, z.B. ein Toaster und ein paar scharfe Messer), ein Wohnzimmer und ein langer Balkon. Alles nicht modern, aber zweckmäßig, sauber und bequem. Wir haben uns alle (7) sehr wohl gefühlt."

"Arleen was there to greet us with pizza and wine. She provided lists and brochures for transportation, food and exploring. If you have additional questions she was quick to respond. We never felt like we were bothering her. The property is exactly as shown, stunning 🤩. Sitting on the terrace with a glass of wine looking at the view was perfect. The restaurant and market down the road wee also wonderful. Arleen even took us to the train station when she had issues securing a taxi for us. ...

"administration before arriving was easy and correct. Upon arriving i met the very wonderful owner who shared all the details of the property and was very friendly. The property was an absolute delight. Views, quite location but with Rapallo down the road with everything. I particularly enjoyed the range of books at the property. The accommadation is an ideal lovers get away, a bit in the hills and private."

"The apartment was lovely. So clean and well kept. We had an easy time checking in. The apartment had plenty of dishes and supplies for our stay. The views from the balcony were just like in the photos. The only surprise was what a big hill it was to get to the apartment - but that was easily dealt with, We had a terrific time. In unmittelbarer Nähe gab es einen kleinen Supermarkt, mit einer Theke für Fleisch/Wurst, Pasta, Käse und Backwaren, wo wir täglich frisch einkaufen konnten. Die nächste Bushaltestelle war auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. In der Nähe befanden sich auch einige Restaurants und Bars, die man zu Fuß gut erreichen konnte. Die Wohnung befindet sich etwa 2,5 Km entfernt vom Hafen und der Altstadt/Fußgängerzone, wo die Auswahl an Restaurants...
