"This was our third stay at Marketa’s and we were greeted so warmly! Check in was easy and parking in the back. The breakfast was perfect and the girls made us again feel so welcome. Only issue for me was the shower head needs replacing as the water coming out was restricted. Otherwise a charming place to stay in James Bay😀"

"We absolutely loved the location of this property in terms of the James Bay neighborhood and proximity to downtown. It was very walkable and convenient to leave the car behind. There were some unexpected issues. The property does disclose there are dogs at the host's house (which this cottage is in the backyard of), but we didn't expect them to in the yard of the cottage, waiting outside our door, or barking for lengths of time outside the cottage. "With the sound of the ocean below Terry and Tonya met us as we pulled in, the more than 1000 sq ft space with 10 foot windows opening up to their six acres over the ocean, we were swept away by the elegance. "We had a delightful stay at Otter Point. The unit is huge, beauatifully furnished, impeccably clean and the grounds are gorgeous....with a delightful garden within view and surrounded by woodlands. We were visiting family in Colwood which was an easy drive away. We loved staying here and look forward to returning. Very highly recommend! "
