"One of the larger Vrbo we ve stayed in while visiting Paris. Ans certainly the cleanest. The host was always ready to make sure we were accommodated. Would definitely return. "

"Wonderful location next to a park and street blocked off from cars. Clean and comfortable apartment with nice views. The only negative was the fridge and cupboards had some opened food in them that seemed old. I would ask that any food be removed before a future stay. Overall, highly recommend this place!"

"We loved Sandy and Delphi es beautiful apartment! I had more than enough space to give us enough room to gather and plenty of privacy. The location was convenient for catching the Metro or the bus or Uber or Taxi. There were plenty of great places to eat just out our door. In addition we found great patisseries, cheese shops, wine shops and produce stands close by. Sandy and Delphine were wonderful hosts and I hope we someday meet again. Thank you so much."

"I really like the location near the Canal St Martin. Lovely to walk there in the morning. Or join the locals running or biking. Several restaurants and stores near by. A bit far from the main tourist areas but we made it work. Check in was a bit wonky as the instructions told you directions and codes to get into the building and then tell you to go to a keynest store 10 min away to get the keys to get into the unit. Master bed is really 2 twins pushed together so not ideal for a couple....

"Als ich ankam, war niemand da!!! Ich rief an, niemand antwortete! Ich war mit meinen Eltern, einer 4-jährigen Tochter und einem Freund im Rollstuhl !!! Es war sehr heiß, also träumten wir von einer Pause !!! Einen Moment später bekam ich eine E-Mail, dass unsere Apartments stornieren ist! 4 Stunden suchten wir ein Hotel!!! Wir haben 2 mal mehr bezahlt!!! Albtraum!!! Der Eigentümer muss die Konsequenzen tragen!!!"

"A great venue for a family holiday. Lovely area, very calm, good facilities.The site was rather busy due to an equine event, it would have been better not to be booked in at the same time. The owners were very relaxed about sharing their lovely home with visitors. Rooms were very clean and well equipped. Thank you!"

"Our airline, Transavia , cancelled our trip to Paris twice and we were unable to visit Paris or enjoy this apartment. I brought our issue to the host and was advised that they are unable to issue us a refund."

"Fabrice is fabulous. We didn’t understand the washer and he straightened it out. It just takes a very long time. Flat is roomy for two. Lots of necessary little items that we are missing in some other places. Elevator is important and was necessary for seniors like us."

"To the point....the place was EXACTLY to my taste (loft-style, rustic, perhaps a sort of modern day perception of "old world" charm). I mainly booked through Olivier, but also was fortunate to meet Nadia, as well. Both were exceedingly easy to communicate with, and were most attentive to our needs. It was among the hotter days of August, but opening up those breathtaking windows at night, using the fans, and closing up in the morning helped to keep the apartment more than comfortable. "The most common complaint about this property in the reviews is the location surrounding it, which thankfully was Not an issue at all during the 8 days I was there. It's just a super diverse area so if you're not used to that much diversity of course it's a little intimidating. Rest assured that nobody is camping outside the hotel trying to hurt anybody, streets are filled with joggers, bikers and people just doing their day to day errands. It's a culturally rich area so the food was amazing, shops Everywhere and super close to Montmartre. The hotel itself is modern, free WiFi, AC, the showers were amazing, the TVs have plenty of English channels and also have an option to watch YouTube on them, hotel staff all very nice and helpful, most of them spoke English very fluently. I'm very minimalist so I don't have a single complaint, If you're on a budget this place is Perfect. Everywhere I went in Paris accepted ApplePay/Tap To Pay including the hotel. It was my first solo travel and my first time in Paris and I'm dying to go back next year. "

"Love this hotel! It has a very nice French vibe! Hotel has its own restaurant, night club, was very clean and the staff was very friendly and attentive! Great area near lots of restaurants and shops and easy access to the metro! Will definitely stay here again!"
