"We rented the whole property. Great place for a family, there are toys, beach chairs/umbrella available which is a big plus. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The communication was a bit challenging. Location is great if you have car otherwise it’s about 15-20 minutes to the beach. The beach close by is the nicest that we visited. "

"Everything about this stay is perfect! The house is well equipped including everything you’d need for a proper beach holiday (beach umbrellas, refrigerator bag, picnic accessories, beach games). The house is very comfortable with well working AC units in every room, comfortable beds and all the kitchen appliances that you’d need. "Giannis house was overall a fantastic stay and a great way to witness Sardinia if you’re not in to hotels. The house was very clean and easily accommodated 10 people ! The checking was a bit troubling as Maurizio doesn’t speak English, but we managed anyway. Be aware of rude barking dogs and steep hills. Else then that choose giannis for an unforgettable holiday!"

Es ist alles da, um einen entspannten Urlaub zu verbringen: nette Einrichtung, gut ausgestattete Küche, bequeme Betten und vor allem die Terasse mit Blick zur Lagune und dem Meer. Es gibt eine Bar und 2 gute Restaurants gleich in der Nähe und ein kleiner Laden ist auch schnell zu erreichen. Der nahe Strand ist weitläufig und nach Norden hin herrlich naturbelassen. "Wir waren inzwischen das vierte Mal in dem schönen, in der Altstadt sehr zentral gelegenen Haus. Die sehr geschmackvoll restaurierte Unterkunft ist mit allem ausgestattet, der Kontakt zu der Vermieterin ist herzlich!"

"We already knew Posada and love the place and the environment and the house is as lovely as described. It is a little inconvenient to always look for a parking space. The mostly short walk did not really bother us, but with small children it is probably not really clever. The house is great, we had enough space, two bathrooms are luxury and the view on the terrace is terrific! Due to the northeast side, no sun protection is necessary and we spent every morning and evening on the terrace. Despite...
