"House was nice, kitchen was well appointed. Host was very responsive. Host seemed very apprehensive about renters breaking rules and kept reminding us to keep a low profile (not a problem for our quiet family but just fyi). Location was in a nice neighborhood with grocery options nearby."

French Country Charm with Pool and Mountain Views

10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (8)
"Stayed two weeks during high season as a getaway from cold weather. Location is close to grocery stores and the neighborhood has ample paths for walking which we enjoyed. We had limited non-work time so we didn't get to Catalina State Park, but it's very close. Views of the mountains are excellent. A couple other reviewers mentioned the barking dogs next door and in the neighborhood generally. We also experienced both the neighborhood barking dogs and next door barking dogs. Most days they would...

Mountain view desert stay with pool, sunroom, & central AC

9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (6)
"The exterior was nice and the location was excellent. The interior of the house was dated and the shower in the main bathroom was old and the floor was slippery and it could have used a grab bar since we slipped getting into the shower. The cabinets are old and could use an upgrade for money that we paid for. The furniture in the dining room looked old and need of replacement. We did have a problem with the code to get into the house as it never worked. The pool was nice but we never used it...

Sleeps 6 - Conveniently located on Oracle/Magee Close to Everything

9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (100)
"Ami made sure our stay was comfortable, and all our needs met. She quickly responded to any texts and, as she lives and works in the main house, she was usually there to take care of any requests. The casita is attached to the main house but excellent soundproofing negated any noise from either side. The bedroom was large with a large TV, bedside tables on both sides, and walk-in closet. The attached bathroom offered plenty of counter space. We stayed a month and were pleased that the kitchen...
