Take it easy and relax at this unique, quiet, tranquil getaway. Totally remodeled as of September 2021. Mountain View and beautiful evening sunsets. Large backyard with swimming pool, outside laundry room and gas/smoker barbecue.

Have a cold one at the outside bar and relax and watch your favorite show or sport event on a 58inch television.

Guesthouse has own entrance and lots of space to park. Large walk in closet with lots of space. King size bed. Brand new appliances and fixtures. Glass gas fire place in living room. Wall heater in bathroom for those cold nights.

Pleasant casita
The casita is nicely decorated, clean and well appointed. Some areas of property are rather cluttered. Host responded quickly to a maintenance issue. Enjoyed the birds and nearby hiking.

We had a wonderful stay in Karen’s casita, it was very comfortable and had everything we needed! Karen and her husband gave us some great recommendations on hikes and restaurants in the area, there’s so much do here we will definitely be back!!!

Perfect location
We had a great time using this property as our base location. We enjoyed having our dinner on the patio one night so we could watch the sunset. The surrounding scenery was stupendous. The house was perfect for the two of us, and the hospitality was top notch!

Amazing host!
My partner and I were visiting the Tucson area for our anniversary getaway, and I mentioned this in my initial booking message. When we arrived, we notice a sweet little gift from Karen (the host) along with a kind note. The place was very clean and very cute! During our whole stay, Karen was so kind and accommodating for anything we needed! The pool during the hot day was amazing, and soaking in the jacuzzi after my partner and I attended a concert was immaculate. I highly recommend this stay as well as the host! We will definitely book this place again if/when we return to the Tucson area! Thanks again for everything, Karen!

We loved the time we stayed in this guesthouse in Oro Valley. Karen was so welcoming & friendly. It was the perfect place for my husband & myself. It was very clean & comfortable & the location was outstanding! The outside space was wonderful! I look forward to staying again in the future.

Karen and Dave were wonderful, friendly hosts. We felt home away from home. The guesthouse is a dream, clean and so well equipped, nothing missing. We also enjoyed the garden, the pool and the grill for our BBQ. We had a great time here in Oro Valley and we are going to miss you and the dogs.

Awesome Stay in Oro Valley
Karen and David were wonderful, friendly hosts. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and were always considerate and helpful. The rental is clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. Kitchen and bath were well stocked. The shower was amazing. Appliances are top-notch. There are many nice seating areas outside, and a great grill. It was nice to sit around the pool. We walked from the property to the Linda Vista Trail, and many more trails are a short drive. We really enjoyed our stay!

A clean and comfortable space in a great location. The owner is amazing, too!
I really enjoyed staying in this guesthouse! I had not stayed in Oro Valley prior to this trip, and this property was a great location to explore the area. The guesthouse is private, while still allowing access to the pool and other amenities. The owner is incredibly kind and fun to talk to - but I never felt that I had to socialize. In fact, I was a little disappointed that we did not have the chance to talk more often. :) Thank you so much for a great stay!

Great view, great host
The view is really that great - amazing to wake up to (and the sunsets aren't half bad, either!). Lovely hosts made the visit even better. Karen is so generous and caring, it makes a difference. The Casita is the perfect size and so beautifully finished and furnished - way better than a hotel. Also, the location is super, with hiking right down the block, and lots of great places to eat nearby.

"Mother-in-law" type property attached to the main house. Very nicely finished: wood trim, lighting fixtures, and a glass shower bathroom. Lots of attention to detail. Gracious hosts who were welcoming, but also gave us privacy. Love the location - very quiet and gorgeous.

Perfect stay!
My wife and I were looking for a place for the two of us for a 3-week winter get-a-way, and this lovely place was perfect. The location is great - close to hiking, shopping and very quiet and secluded. The property is beautiful inside and out, freshly remodeled with new everything, and a wonderful outdoor patio/pool area. Our hosts Karen and Dave were wonderful too, very friendly and helpful. Overall we loved it and would go back in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

Enjoyable Stay
Accommodations were perfect. Karen and her husband, gracious hosts. Pool could not swim in, water was freezing. I do understand from my past stays in many houses, I would pay for electric. Based on the size of this pool it would cost a fortune to heat. I would put my feet in and just appreciate the spectacular views. Loved the privacy!!!
