"Sylvia our host was I have to say one of the most interactive hosts ever, Sylvia maintained contact through out our stay in her fabulous apartment which was situated perfectly near the ski resort and village, the spacious home was well equipped and spotless!.... it was great having parking too!..... and a bath tub along with two showers..... a very big 5 stars for Sylvia and her accommodations thankyou xx"

"This place made our vacation one of the best! Very clean and have more than you can ask for. No wifi, but you can get the next door shop free wifi from 8am to 8pm. Everything is within walking distance or you can use the free ski shuttle. Claudia is very helpful. She went above and beyond and called us to make sure we get into the apartment. Sent me videos on how to open the balcony doors… so many surprises in the apartment that will make your stay even better. Highly recommended. Thanks...

"Ron and Eileen were there to meet us on arrival, the welcome bottle of wine was a lovely gesture. From the very start of our stay our hosts were very attentive, from offering to go the pharmacy (I was poorly first couple of days) to giving us great advice on where to go and what beaches to visit. Everything required was available in the studio and the view was absolutely outstanding across Lac Leman. Many many thanks for letting us stay with you."

"My family & I enjoyed staying here for a week in July. Perfectly situated and well equipped with everything you need. Very clean and well presented, lovely host with great communication. "Great property for accessing all the activities we wanted to do - walking, hiking, cable cars, riding, free buses stop outside. Local restaurants and bars are very good. Easy walk form Montana to Crans. Spectacular scenic view from the balcony. useful information given by the host, re arrival and check in information. Also info on The Explorer Card available to visitors - great for the cable cars. Hope we can visit again! "

"What a gem! We had a lovely 2-night stay at Alparthotel surrounding one day of skiing at Champery. The hotel is lovely, quiet, and clean. It is an easy walk from the Chemin de Verger bus stop. We did not have a car and were able to walk to a Coop nearby (grocery store and restaurant). The rooms were comfortable and modern. Would definitely recommend!"

Unfortunately, the development lacks from an attention to detail in a number of areas, including the fixtures and fittings and the layout of the kitchenette. The swimming pool and sauna were overcrowded. There is a general unclarity whether parking, wifi, towels and sheets are included or excluded from the rental, with staff at the front-desk not being able to provide clarity."
