Ausreichend Platz, Aussenbereich, Gemeinschaftspool und was man braucht ist im Haus vorhanden, inklusive einer Waschmaschine. 25 Minuten Fahrt nach Torrevieja und zu den Stränden. Sehr netter und aufmerksamer Vermieter, der bei Bedarf sofort erreichbar ist. Wir würden dieses Haus wieder buchen. "

"Very nice house with everything we needed. Enough bedlinnen, towels etc. The wasmachine broke down and Gitte, who is a great lovely host, arranged immediately a new one. Orihuela is great, shopping, bars and a beach especially for dogs. The only thing that we would have like to know is that (in winter) there is no sun in the treaded of the house."

"Great place to stay with a large family. we had some nice walks to the beach and shopping centre about 20 minutes for both. Martin was really help full when we needed some advice. The swimming pool was great as we had very small children with us and everyone was friendly. there is a market every Saturday which was good and not far to walk. Recommend you go early to it as it gets really hot."

"We had an amazing time in Villa Martin this summer, the villa was perfect, the location is exactly what we were looking for, the pool is lovely and just a few minutes walk. The check in/check out was so easy, the key holder was extremely flexible which accommodated our late arrival and early departure. We did have a car and so spent lots of days relaxing at the beach too and the La Zenia Boulevard is only 5 minutes away in the car. "No wifi in rooms and only in reception.. bar and restaurant closed most evenings .. pool closed .. Access to wifi was a real problem for me and needing to sit in reception to do my work was very inconvenient. Furniture in rooms very uncomfortable.. Located in a good area but this time of the year most places are closed "

"The apartment was very modern set out very well with great quality furniture and beds. The roof top are setting was amazing and brilliant seating area and sun beds. Good modern kitchen. The grounds has three pools and even in winter one of them is heated. Also a gym on site. Right next to the taxi rank and supermarkets. Several local beaches all walkable with different settings. Lots of restaurants to chose from locally just explore. The communication was excellent from the letting. Would definitely stay again. "

"This was our first visit to the area, and the property was in a perfect location for exploring. We normally cook ourselves due to special dietary needs and the supermarkets were very handy and we had all that we required. A great place to stay and very good value for money "
