Peter who is the local contact was so friendly and was there within 30 minutes when we ran out of hot water. He made us feel nothing was too much trouble and insisted we call him even at night ifwe had any problems. "The house is very big and homely. The pool was delightful. Hosa met us on time and was very helpful and explained everything. The house has everything you need. There is no tv but for us that was no problem. There is free WiFi so you can use that. Overall it was great and I would use the accommodation again. "

Ausreichend Platz, Aussenbereich, Gemeinschaftspool und was man braucht ist im Haus vorhanden, inklusive einer Waschmaschine. 25 Minuten Fahrt nach Torrevieja und zu den Stränden. Sehr netter und aufmerksamer Vermieter, der bei Bedarf sofort erreichbar ist. Wir würden dieses Haus wieder buchen. "

"This well stocked small villa provided a great base for Cala Capitan beach, coastal walks or the main “strip” for the restaurants and bars. 5 minutes walk to the beach and 20 minutes to the strip. The short walk to the beach does require you to walk along a trail that a previous review found difficult - it is a bit like a cart track at certain points, so you do need to be steady on your feet - we carried the beach chair included in the Villa without any issues.
