"Comfortable, home from home type place, washing machine meant there was little washing to be done once home, good location, close to the main road and multiple grocery shops and a good choice of restaurants/cafés nearby, could maybe do with a welcome book and the light bulb in the twin bedroom needs replacing, clearer instruction on check out would be helpful, all in all a great place to stay"

Ausreichend Platz, Aussenbereich, Gemeinschaftspool und was man braucht ist im Haus vorhanden, inklusive einer Waschmaschine. 25 Minuten Fahrt nach Torrevieja und zu den Stränden. Sehr netter und aufmerksamer Vermieter, der bei Bedarf sofort erreichbar ist. Wir würden dieses Haus wieder buchen. "

"Villa okay , but pool pump very noisy at night, also brackets to hold curtains open look very nice But on first day cut my arm , was then worried 3 year old could cut his face or head on them as we’re at different heights not child friendly Due to arrive late at nite wish there was welcome package deal of essentials"

"Lovely place to stay not far from main strip for bars restaurants. Beach and promenade about 10 minute walk. Was nice to be able to spend time at the apartment and just walk out to pool ."

"The location is good but unfortunately that's where it ends outside the shades are all ripped and broken and don't work and the inside is just a mess old outdoor furniture inside, bulbs not working washing machine old and leaking cooker hob that worked some times no kettle boil water in saucepan you cant use the rear garden space its full of junk but worst of all !!!!!! "Great location, lovely outside space and well equipped kitchen. Bed linen and towels were shabby and old. Beds were uncomfortable and the TV channels were all German which is fine as didn't use it. Bathrooms were lovely but the house smelt of smoke as the cleaner smoked in there before arrived. Some of the shutters didn't work and some of the locks didn't work on the windows. Loved El Raso, great location and beautiful pool area but we would not stay again. We had to pay 180 euros for crap linen...

"This property was very very noisy, there were people running and banging furniture well into the early hours, we complained at the desk as did som other guests the noise eventually stopped 2 days later when the desk threatened them with expulsion. There was other noise from guests singing through the night we again complained and they eventually stopped, will never stop here again!"

"Really good quality apartments kept in really good condition. The welcome pack with tea coffee and water was a bonus as we arrived at night. Specious with everything you might need and walking distance to a large supermarket and the beach. Our particular apartment was on the ground floor and the balcony did not get any sun, but that was the only minor issue."
