"Good location. We utilized the parking which was a key factor in choosing this location. Communication was good. The place was clean but lacked some supplies. Needed more towels for our group of 8. The place does not have A!C but we were there when it was hot. It was still okay. Overall a good value for our needs."

The courtyard was absolutely lovely and gave the kids in our group an area to play and adults an area to hang out in the evenings. "The property is just as described: great views, everything you need for your stay in Lisbon. It is on a high point in the city so if you plan to do lots of stuff in other parts of the town and you have any mobility issues, take that into account. You need to walk downhill for about a mile to get to primary trains and trams. There are bus stops nearby if you don't mind a few transfers, or Uber is fine.
