"My family and I stayed here when coming for my son’s UT graduation. Aged ranged from 10-83. It’s a perfect location for anyone visiting a student at UT. The owner has excellent communication and goes above and beyond making sure your needs are met. He even set up a Christmas tree the night before we came knowing we’d be there as a family.As well, he has a crate, dog bed, and dog bowls there if you decide to bring a pet and need them. "Beautiful views We had an absolute great stay in Oak Harbor this house was completely stocked to the hilt with anything that you could ever ask for. We stay at a lot of different places and this is the only one that I have ever seen that had so many things that you could use such as kayaks bikes golf cart toys everything. Communication was super simple and response within minutes. We absolutely loved put in Bay and Marblehead areas"
