"This home is very nice, very spacious, and in a neighborhood I lived in for years so I was quite comfortable with the location. Just a few things kept this stay from being perfect. I could never gain access through the front door from the outside. The code just never worked. Thankfully, there was a rear entrance and I easily got in that way. There were no bowls, for cereal, soup etc., in the kitchen, only plates. That created a problem as I had planned and brought breakfast and was unable to...

"We really enjoyed our stay at Lickert Harder or Knot Lodge. The location was perfect for our planned activities and the house was comfortable and cozy. Gayle was a great host and encouraged us to let her know if we needed anything. Seeing the snow geese out in the surrounding fields was a bonus. We would come here again!"

"The house is large and accommodated the 6 of us easily with several areas for family and friends to gather. Outside area is wonderful, it was rainy and cold during our March visit, but it was still beautiful and refreshing. Kitchen had everything we needed, parking was available, area is beautiful. A wonderful place. "

"House exceeded our expectations for the curling team. The bonus of the darts and games was a plus. Beautiful place!"

"Loved seeing the lake from the covered front deck! The beach was just a short walk and we enjoyed walking and collecting a few shells. We hope to return during warm weather. This is a very clean and comfortable home and was very welcoming."

"good stay. Furnished basement come in handy with tornados in area. Husband was teaching a class at a refinery in Oregon, OH. Picked up sister from FL, to accompany us. We are all in our seventies, would have been better for us if there had been handrails on the entrances to the house. Overall, very good visit. Thank you"
