"What a delightful small hotel in a lovely neighborhood of stately homes, next to a gorgeous park. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, helpful in making reservations and giving advice. It is about a 40 minute walk to the center of Strasbourg, there is a bus stop immediately in front of the hotel and we arranged cabs for about $10-$15 U.S. depending on traffic. "We had planned to stay four nights but left after two because of lousy service and bad location. We had paid more than $1,000 in advance to stay at this place and thought it would not be too much to ask to have coffee brought up to the room in the morning (since there was no coffee maker). "Great apartment in a covenient location close to public transportation to get to the center. I did not realize the apartment was on the 4th floor (5th if you count ground floor) and there isn't an elevator to bring luggage upstairs. The steps are narrow and winding, making it challenging. Otherwise, we were very happy."
