"property was very unique being a tree house amongst the vegetation, all sorts of different foliage & the variety of birds were amazing. At night it came alive with all different calls & whistles from the wildlife. The staff at this property were amazing from sedesa [ concierge ] serving staff Timika, Claudette, Leon to name a few, pool bar staff Britany & co, Lifeguards Easy, Rasta, to name a few all were brilliant. "During the beginning of our stay, it wasn’t the best. However, after learning about the rain, etc, we understood where the condensation was coming from. Needless to say, we had a wonderful stay at Hideaway. Both Amoy and Odette in guest services did such an AMAZING job with turning around our stay and night. We truly enjoyed the food, I mean THE BEST FOOD on that side of Negril! We loved the atmosphere and the bartender, Clive or Clide was amazing, informative and made some amazing lemon drops...

"The only thing I didn’t like about the resort was getting our room. We paid extra for a beach front room and they gave us a room where we could not even see the beach and the same for the couple we were with. They did give us a room where we could see part of the beach which we were happy with after we complained and the same with the couple that was with us. When you have to complain the first day is no way to start a vacation!"

"The property is conveniently located about mid point along the 7 mile beach. The staff is friendly and courteous. My room was clean and well kept. Internet service was non-existent from my room and the cable tv was grainy. Dining options are minimal if you do not take the ‘All Inclusive’ option. The pool and beach view from my room was great. "
