"Beautiful property snd rooms are very spacious and comfortable. It has all the modern amenities while retaining the old school charm of such an old building. We loved the wood burning fire place in the room as well. Breakfast was really good and staff at breakfast place was very friendly and courteous and service was top notch. Afternoon high tea was also amazing. Property has a beautiful courtyard and several charming cottages and suites. Highly recommend staying here for Ooty visit"

"The hotel was under renovation at that time but don’t know why did they allowed into hotels website. I faced a big problem and would have confirm the hotel after booking due to hotels. com caption I was not done because their caption is reconfirmation not required when you booked hotel from hotels.com website "

"Approach is not easy. Room walls are peeled in many places. Rooms are not provided with chair for sitting. Soap and towels were not provided on the first day. On the second day evening only after our enquiry these were provided for. The rooms are not worth for the amount we paid. There is no facility for food. We have to walk a long distance to get a good food. There are no shops near by to fall upon even for tea."
