"The hotel overall was extremely good , situated near the Rose Garden , various things to do including full size snooker table .food was magnificent and the staff were very helpful, in particular Monica at reception.I said I would give her 95 out of 100 but only because I never give 100 "

"Good food, friendly staff. B-wing of the hotel is very old. You have to change elevators and walk long corridors to access this side. "

"A great escape with great service. A bit out of town away from the noisy traffic, set in gorgeous surroundings. The room was very large and clean and beds were comfortable. Felt like 5 star. The bar and food options were good. Altogether a great stay where our every need was met."

"Beautiful property snd rooms are very spacious and comfortable. It has all the modern amenities while retaining the old school charm of such an old building. We loved the wood burning fire place in the room as well. Breakfast was really good and staff at breakfast place was very friendly and courteous and service was top notch. Afternoon high tea was also amazing. Property has a beautiful courtyard and several charming cottages and suites. Highly recommend staying here for Ooty visit"

"When I checked in the room had prior guest’s trash and the bed and bathroom smelled terrible. The couch had blood stains. Gave my laundry to be cleaned and it came back stinking like urine. The food was also bad."
