"Das Charlet war etwas klein und mit dem nötigsten eingerichtet .Wir hatten zum glück auch eines der moderneren Generationen .Es war ordentlich und sauber . Beim einchecken musten wir Geduld mitbringe ."

"Das Ferienhaus war gut und praktisch eingerichtet, das Obergeschoss ist nur über eine sehr steile Treppe erreichbar, ist aber kein Problem, da sich im Erdgeschoss Bad, WC und 1 Schlafzimmer befinden"

"Der Park an sich ist sehr schön, ganz besonders für Kinder, mit zwei tollen Spielplätzen. Man kann super spazieren gehen, um den See herum. Bis zum Strand sind es auch nur 25 km."

"Gerne hätten wir unser Haus täglich und für viele Stunden im Aussenbereich genutzt. Direkt am Wasser mit einem schönen Garten- einfach klasse. Dies war uns von 14 Tagen nur an 3 Tagen vergönnt. Für Raucher und den kleinen, weißen Hund standen danach nur kurze Stippvisiten ( anderer Ausdruck für Raucherpausen) und Pinkelausflüge auf dem Programm. Schade, schade, schade. Wir konnten die Schönheit von Heinkensand und Goes leider nur im Regen genießen. Aber Frust shoppen ist auch im Regen schön, nur...

"Das Inventar war in Ordnung und die Sauberkeit hätte Luft nach oben gehabt. Ansonsten schön gelegen. Schöner Park. Leckeres Resturant und schöne Kinderspielplätze. In der Umgebung kann man viel unternehmen."

"Schönes Haus, aber leider sehr spärlich ausgestattet. Wir haben liebevolle Kleinigkeiten wie ein Toaster oder Salz vermisst. Ansonsten war der Park super. Toller Spielplatz und tolles Schwimmbad. Beides konnte kostenlos genutzt werden. Auch der Service war sehr nett."

"Da die Adresse an der das Chalet liegt neu ist, hatten wir erst leichte Schwierigkeiten es zu finden. Aber dann wurden wir nicht enttäuscht. Das Chalet sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern in der Anzeige. Also alles super. Und auch für Kinder optimal. Sehr wahrscheinlich werden wir es noch einmal buchen..."

"Es war eine sehr schöne Ferienanlage mit einem schönem Lokal direkt am See gelegen. Dies hat jedoch Montag u. Dienstag Ruhetag. Unser Bungalow hat sich bei sommerlichen Temperaturen sehr stark aufgeheizt und liess sich durch die Oberlichter nur schwer wieder runterkühlen... Ansonsten hat Heinkenszand keinen richtigen Ortskern und ist etwas ab vom Schuss..."

"WiFi was drop constantly. It would happen every 5 minutes. After I mentioned it to the staff it did get better but it would still happen throughout the day. This was not a huge deal but became frustrating when I was try to address an issue with a previous hotel and the WiFi would drop and it delayed my conversation with them. "

"Superior room was worth the extra cost, compared to standard rooms that we saw. Breakfast was very good and the service was very efficient and friendly. Our room faced the road and traffic was noticeable early in the morning. Our bathroom had an unpleasant drain smell which we informed the Reception of, but it was not resolved unfortunately."

"Thank you to the hotel staff for my stay with my parents there. The front desk was always ready to help and attentive which is great when you are a tourist. It is a clean hotel , even that doesn’t have an elevator the front desk helped me with my luggage . Thank you for our stay and is well recommended . "

The best!

"This place is a hidden gem! Wonderful, friendly and helpful service. Nice breakfast on beautiful china. Great location out of the tourist chaos, but so close to walking everywhere. I highly recommend this place, and wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Bruges! *I had to leave super early one morning due to a Belgian train strike (had to be on a bus at 6am to Amsterdam). One of the ladies booked me a taxi for the next morning for 5:30, and the driver was exactly on time easing my stress. ❤️"
