"Great location, lovely hosts, fascinating garden, beautiful walks around the peninsula point just out the back gate with stunning, peaceful views. Weather was mixed being spring but we could tell the renovated apartment would be cozy in winter and cool in summer to work with the opposite weather outside. Guest book shows years of happy stayers, which now includes us. "

"This property is older but clean and tidy and very spacious. The only downside this stay was when I went to the reception to ask for washing powder for the laundry I wasn't told there was a $2 charge which I would happily paid, but the day after checkout I found we were charged on our credit card. Would have been nice to know."

My room reservation had somehow been cancelled, by a booking site, as you can imagine I was worried and stressed out.... I contacted the quest on Durham street directly.
