TUI HAVEN - THE BEST RATES WITH ALL THE HOME COMFORTS

TUI HAVEN is set in a tranquil, private and exclusive site with excellent location and handy to the numerous walkways and the local Beach. Our back gate opens into a Council Reserve called Walnut Grove on the edge of the Tauranga Harbour.
The Unit with its own lockable entrance and opens into a large dining/lounge room that leads to a separate double room with a Queen size bed and has all the home comfits. The bedroom has a window view of the back garden and a large beautiful aged Oak tree.
The Dining table has a window view of the back garden which has various interesting corners.
There is a fully equipped kitchen and a separate Bathroom/Toilet.
A lockable screen door is at the main entrance for good air flow during the hot weather.
The Unit has a heat pump for cooler climate and is nice and cool in the Summer months.
There are nearby Food outlets to choose from including Sushi Bar, Pizza Outlets, Indian Restaurant, The Running Bird Cafe, Charleez Chicken & Chips,' a great local Fish and Chip shop, The Alma Restaurant and The Local Boat Club as well as the Fresh Choice Supermarket. A new complex has just opened called The Village which is next to local Supermarket.
Various attractions include The Village Green - a gastropub, Robert Harris Coffee Club, Artisan Bakery, Turkish Takeaway, Studio May hairdresser, Majestic Nails Beauty and Massage, Laundromat, Boutique Liquor, Fruit and Vege shop, a Gym and various other new businesses expected to open.
Check in time is 1.00 pm (negotiable) and Checkout time 11.00 am

Amazing area, lovely accommodation
Great location, lovely hosts, fascinating garden, beautiful walks around the peninsula point just out the back gate with stunning, peaceful views. Weather was mixed being spring but we could tell the renovated apartment would be cozy in winter and cool in summer to work with the opposite weather outside. Guest book shows years of happy stayers, which now includes us.

Although it's surrounded by other properties it felt private and tranquil. The owners are super friendly and welcoming and the unit is extremely well equipped for all of your needs A short stroll around the headland and down to the esplanade was recommended and was well worth doing

Unit is lovely and cosy. Hosts are warm and friendly but leave you to yourself if you don’t require further assistance. The Unit has everything required for a stay, cutlery, toaster. Hairdryer, plates, knives and forks, cups. All the usual amenities. We went for a drive around and the area is wonderful to visit. Well worth the price paid. Enjoyed our stay immensely!

Lovely little guest apartment in a beautiful neighborhood
Joe and Lyn are a very friendly and helpful host couple that live upstairs. The flat was clean and offered everything that is needed to be self containing. WIFI is fast and reliable. The furniture though is very old and a bit smelly, the bed was not to comfortable.
