"The team at Hakuba Canadian Lodge made this place great! We stayed early in the season so we were the few (only?) guests in the place. The team kindly picked us up from Happo bus terminal on our arrival and even drove us to a supermarket for groceries (proper big supermarket, not a convenience store). One person in our group fell ill after a few days skiing and the team went above and beyond to drive us to a clinic to see a doctor. The cabin itself is quite aged but is very well maintained....

"Stay was amazing ! Mr Fukushima was so kind - he helped us with discounted lift tickets, picked us up from the train station and took us grocery shopping. Location was right at the Iwatake gondola. Please note the unit is in traditional Japanese style - sleeping on the floor with Japanese pillows (very different to western pillows). Highly recommend !"

"Really spacious cabin, clean, friendly and extremely helpful staff. We encountered minor issue during our stay but was being dealt with immediately. We really love our cabin, the mountain view is gorgeous and it comes with full kitchen amenities. "
