"This place sucks. I booked a 1 bed apartment with kitchen since I'm out of town on business. There is nothing in the kitchen to prepare meals, no dishrags, soap, scrub brushes, no hot water. They provide 2 each of basic cutlery but no knives or a cutting board. No toaster, no microwave. Has a jacuzzi tub, with no hot water. The place is cold and has no heater. No hangers or iron in the closet, no shelves in the closet. There are two drawers that work, the rest are fake. Shower head is broken in...

"Just perfect: super clean, spacious, friendly service, and inexpensive. Some roads around are unpaved right now due to ongoing constructions, but I am sure it will all be fixed soon. Hamra restaurant was a disappointment: electronic only menu, but wifi was imposible to connect (in the restaurant, wifi in the hotel was fast and reliable). Food was ok, although we were not sure what we ordered until it was served. (Also, a little bit overpriced perhaps.) I would stay there again, no questions...

The location is a bit out 10-15 minutes drive from the fort but was worth it for us. I would come back here next time I visit the area. "

"i was given a room i unpacked and tried to take a shower. No hot water. i phoned reception engineer arrived told me it was broken and to take a shower in the gym. I called reception again they charged the room i had to repack all my stuff. i moved rooms it had two showers. one no hot water one with hot water. the tap on the wash basin was loose and unable to be used.
