"Property is lovely. Neighborhood is nice, well kept and quiet. Train runs through at the end of the block, but we barely noticed it. The house is immaculate and very well equipped. Landlord is very understanding and patient. There was a minor misunderstanding over the # of guests staying and all the equipment brought in. The bride & groom did the whole wedding by themselves. We would like to “highly recommend” ceiling fans and televisions in every bedroom and a television in the basement. The basement is very roomy but no television ☹️. The location of the house wasn’t far from Chicago. Very easy access to several restaurants and shopping areas ( close proximity)."
