"Location of this house is phenomenal!! Path and beach directly across the street! Couple of issues with the house: couldn’t use gas fireplace as there was a bad odor that did not dissipate, broken children’s toy found under the sheets on one bed, a used earplug found in floor under bed in bedroom, film on front windows is deteriorating, altering view. "

"The most unique property we've stayed at and one that we'd love to re-visit! Morning walks to Point Lobos and Monastery Beach were our highlights. We were beyond fortunate to enjoy 3 perfect weather days in Carmel and cars begin to line up across the street on PCH to walk into Point Lobos. "The location was terrific, views as pictured in the VRBO Listing. There were only 2 juice/ drink glasses. Group of 7 -- Many lightbulbs were defective or missing/ and or the switches did not work.--safety issue--- Kitchen did not have a can opener/ or other basic items ( casserole dish). The coffee pot was difficult to navigate, no directions, and the filters provided did not fit, Each bathroom should have a box of kleenex--Heavy pollen this time of year--- No bedside lights in the Master...
