"Good position by M5 easy to find easy parking and very welcoming receptionist even at 01.00am very pleased to find the bar open after a long drive and a chance to relax. In the morning there was a very good buffet breakfast with plenty of hot and cold choices very busy area.."

"We stayed for one night as we were going to a concert at Utilia. We arrived later than planned so decided to have dinner at the hotel which was delicious. Room was lovely and exceeded expectations. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed breakfast in our room. We will definitely book here again next time we visit Birmingham."

"By far worst hotel in Birmingham and i travel there regularly! Poor welcome. Winding stairs, never ending maze-like corridors; a real safety hazard! Not for clients with suitcases. No lift! Filthy dingy room No heating No toiletries Filthy bath Poor lighting No duvets or extra blankets. Thin walls....etc Do not go there on your own or with anyone. Do not go fullstop! Unless you want to experience rock bottom for the hell of it! "

"Stayed for 1 night with my son who was competing at a sports tournament the following day locally, so more of a convenience trip/stay. Car park was a little limited though I did manage to park. The appearance from outside was nice and the welcome from the gentleman at the desk was friendly and pleasant, though don't expect there to be a Reception Desk (it was a table and a guy with a laptop)! "It was a very comfortable sleep. A large big room with plenty of storage. The only drawback is that I would have appreciated a mini kettle in my room. I was on the third floor so had a little bit of a trek to the kitchen."

"Check in instructions were clear and came in plenty of time. Mick greeted us upon arrival as he lives a few doors down. Parking was ample and felt secure off the road in a private car park. The house was very clean and well catered for. It had Virgin TV with most channels available, which was a welcome addition. The only issue we had was getting a WiFi signal, which we needed to be near the front window for. I assume this may be because the extender wasn't working correctly to pick up the signal...

"If you want to be right in the centre this is the place to be. Unfortunately a lots of building work going on next door but in the evening this had no affect on the hotel and generally a quiet place to sleep if you are a few floors up. Hotel staff very helpful."
