I honked in after a full day of NYC tourist events and the floor manager brought me a bag of ice. And the concierge was relentless in helping us to find our was. "This hotel is in an absolutely fabulous location. It seemed like it was about a 5-10 minute to virtually everywhere we wanted to go. I am very picky regarding cleanliness and I was extremely pleased with the condition of the room and, most importantly, the bathroom. The bathroom was small, but very functional and a good use of space. We got in late so didn’t check in until about 11:00 at night. There was a little bit of a wait at the desk for that, but nothing to complain about in my opinion. The only real complaint I have is that the rooms don’t have coffeemakers. I didn’t check for this when booking because I can’t remember the last time I stayed in a hotel that didn’t have one. They should really add these. Especially in a city where you have to get out of the hotel and walk somewhere to find a good cup. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay here! "
