She was also amazing at letting us know about the area. Bruno escorted us at 5 am with our luggage to an Uber outside the old town walls and waited with us until it arrived. "The property was great and in a wonderful location, but unfortunately the bar across the road was very noisy we had to go out and get some earplugs due to the level of noise well into the night. She helped us arrange a day of wine tasting in Hvar and checked in with us every morning. Truly above and beyond - she made our trip truly unforgettable. The rest of the staff was equally as kind and beyond delightful. Absolutely worth the little extra expense for a quality hotel and staff over the alternative mediocre hotels elsewhere in the city. "
