"Roko was an incredible host and this property is exactly where you want to stay to be in the middle of all the action in Split. Walkable to absolutely everything. Yes it is on the main strip which gets busy in the day, but the suite itself is quiet and comfortable. Plus the rooftop terrace is absolutely amazing. Views of sunrise and sunset. If we come back to split we will definitely be looking to stay here again and recommending it to all our friends. Thank you Roko for being such an amazing...

"The property was beautiful. The only downside was carrying luggage up 4 flights of stairs, but they did explain that because the building is 1/2 owned by the government they were unable to a lift in. Other than that, it was a fantastic place to stay. "

"Great location in Split next to the Riva. It was convenient to get out and explore. The rooms were super clean, but you could tell it’s an older property. The bathroom doors did not close from the wood having swelled with moisture, and it was hard to open it to get inside. The bathroom smelled terribly and was very small. "
