"Great location, staff friendly and helpful. We were able to check in ahead of time with no issue. Breakfast offered a good selection. Design rooms are well presented, quirky and comfortable. "

"Strong smell of sewage throughout the reception area and corridors. Mould in bathroom. No kettle or tea and coffee. Mini bar over priced. Out dated rooms, broken tired furniture and decor. Big yellow stains on bed. Remote control for TV filthily disgusting. Major issue with access to hotel as there is a locked gate which requires a security guard to open to allow entry/exit. Found had to wait multiple times to get into the courtyard area . "

Breakfast in an adjacent bar/restaurant is convenient and the buffet has plenty of options. Would definitely stay in the same location again. Cozy, clean rooms, friendly staff. "
