"The customer service at Governors Inn Hotel is amazing!!! All the staff are super friendly and nice and it really makes a difference. We felt so welcomed and the airport shuttle is an added bonus that is super helpful."

"We were SO grateful to find a hotel with a suite that offered beds for our whole family! We have 3 teenage boys and everyone slept comfortably. There were 2 bathrooms, a king bed, 2 doubles, and a couch that converted into a double bed. Staff was helpful, friendly, and efficient. The general area was plagued with homelessness, but the hotel had security onsite to increase safety. Location was very convenient to our events at Old Sacramento waterfront and the State Capitol. Our room also had a beautiful view of the river."
