"The room provided is not acceptable. There was no window and no ac control not functioning too. Lesson learn, there was no apology. Stay out of this hotel you might end “baking” at 3 am. "

"Really nice modern and clean no frills hotel. Don’t expect to be able to park anywhere near if you have lots of baggage! Great location. Right in the centre close to the cathedral. I had no issues with noise. Check in and out was straightforward. Would stay again. "

"It was 8 degrees outside and no heating on in the hotel. The bedroom and bathroom were very çold. The shower was quite high and the access narrow. Two windows in the room were only 4 or 5 inches wide and only led to adjacent rooms. The bed was small and had a thin mattress so not comfortable. The breakfast room was also cold and breakfast options were poor. I would never stay there again. "

"Nice central location in a pedestrianised area, no parking at hotel but reduced cost parking at a nearby car park was ok for our suv with roof box. No air-con in the room but luckily weather wasn't too hot. Overall an ok hotel in a great location."

"Place is amazing and price is good. We had to waste more than 30 minutes finding parking. So, if you are driving you better take a hotel outside the pedestrian area that’s the whole “casco viejo” meaning old downtown. "

"I had the room on a Friday and Saturday night. The room was cozy and hotel was located near many interesting restaurants, shops and historical sites. However, my room was located right across the narrow street from a bar/restaurant. Both nights the revelry went on into the wee hours. Never got a goodnight sleep."

Very comfortable and great location

"Perfect location for exploring Burgos. The room was gracious and very comfortable. The parking was easy and onsite. Very comfortable bed and the bathroom was large as well has having a good size closet area. The hotel is nicely decorated with beautiful furniture and art. The bar in the lobby is nice for relaxing at the hotel. Many restaurants very close and the view the river front rooms (room 106) is very nice as well. "
