"We have been coming to this property for five or more years. We like that it is safe, quiet, and clean. This year, we noticed that there are several areas that have not been maintained quite as well as it should have been. The carpets need cleaned/replaced. The elevators need repaired, and overall, it much noisier in the hallways than in the past. The king, ocean-view is right next to the elevator, which dinged like a phone ring all day and night. "Overall a nice hotel. The walk to the beach from my room was less than 7mins (hotel’s beach entrance). Room was nice, clean and cold. The only real head scratcher is how small the bathroom is. The bathroom door can literally go between my thighs while I sit on the toilet LOL. "

"Great stay kids had an amazing time. Would love to give a perfect review however, the security staff decided to disassemble and vacuum out our dryer right in the middle of our stay it took over an hour and was very loud and intrusive right when it was time to feed my kids and put the baby down for a nap. I called the desk and they said there was nothing they could do about it. It really messed up one of our days. They should plan better and do that kind of thing when the condo is not being...
