Come stay with us, be our guest! This is a newly remodeled beach studio condo, beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable. Ideal for small families, small groups, couples, single, and/or business travelers. This studio, part of beachfront condominiums, offers several amenities. Amazing location, only steps across the parking lot (approximately a 2min walk) from the gorgeous Emerald Coast beach in Okaloosa Island, and approximately a 15 minute drive to Destin FL. The studio condo is conveniently located on the 1st floor of Building 6 and is fully equipped to help make your stay a comfortable and wonderful experience! (Please note: Entire beach studio condo space is approximately 500 sq ft, is an open concept, no private bedroom, no beach view from this 1st floor).
In order to book a reservation you must read, understand, and agree to the rental agreement and all house rules (below):
RENTAL AGREEMENT
•All renters (and all guests accompanying the renter) must be responsible, mature and respectful.
•You must provide a clear photo/copy of your valid government ID through the booking platform the day you book the reservation.
•Assume responsibility if you or if anyone from your party (any guest) causes a loss and/or damage to the condo and/or its contents.
•In accordance with Florida State 509.141, reservations made under false pretenses are null/void and checkin/stay will not be permitted. As a result, all payments will result in forfeiture.
•Report any and all damages/issues to the owner/host immediately, within 3 hours of your arrival. This must be done in order to take proper action of your report, and/or avoid problems, misunderstandings, and/or additional charges/fees.
•You and your entire party (all guests) shall conduct/behave accordingly in a polite and inoffensive manner and shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, and/or inconvenience anyone (this includes any resort residents, resort guests, resort staff, any neighbors, the owner/host, etc.).
•Note that the studio condo is part of a beach front resort, the resort offers 24/7 security guards on premises and security cameras throughout the grounds. The correct age and amount of people (of all guests) must be disclosed/submitted at the time you make the reservation. The owner/host and the security staff have to be aware of the exact amount of people and their age staying in each reservation. No visitors are allowed. Your communication, honesty and cooperation can help prevent potential problems, misunderstandings, additional fees/penalties, and/or termination/void of your reservation.
•Checkin time begins at 4pm CST. Checkout time ends at 10am CST. The cleaning team arrives at exactly at 10am CST. Please take all of your personal belongings with you when you checkout. The owner/host, the cleaning team, and/or the resort's staff are not responsible for any belongings left behind by you or by any of the guests listed in your reservation. Please note that additional charges/fees may apply due to any violations.
•We provide a basic starter kit of toilet paper and paper towels. As with many vacation rental homes, it is the guests’ responsibility to purchase additional items once the basic kit runs out.
•Review, understand, and agree to abide to this rental agreement, to all these house rules, and to all the rules of the resort/community (resort/community rules may be found in: the house manual located inside the studio condo, in the resort’s office, and throughout the resorts’ grounds including near the pools and other amenities). This shall apply to you and to your entire party (all guests in your reservation).
HOUSE RULES:
•1). No illegalities and/or immoralities. No violation of any laws and/or ordinance. No waste and/or nuisance.
•2). No smoking of any type is permitted (this includes vaping, pipes, cigars, cigarettes, and/or chewing/smokeless tobacco, etc.). If you are a smoker, or if any of your guests in the reservation are smokers, this place is not suitable for your stay.
•3). No parties (remember as mentioned in the rental agreement above, no visitors are allowed, only the people/guests mentioned in the reservation can be in the condo).
•4). Only mature adults of lawful and legal drinking age may consume small amounts of alcohol in the studio condo as long as is done in moderation and in a safe and responsible manner.
•5). No animals allowed
(not only is it not permitted according to the resort’s policies/rules but any animal can result in a severe and life-threatening allergic reaction to the cleaning staff).
•6). No additional guests. The maximum number of guests is a total of 6 people regardless of age.
•7). No use of candles, matches, lighters and/or any other flammable objects and/or substances allowed. No grilling on balconies and/or on patios. Any grilling can be done only in the permitted grilling areas of the resort.
•8). Monthly term rentals greater than 28 days but less than 90 days are available but only during certain months (November, December, January and February). If you are interested, you may contract the owner/host if you require further details prior to booking a long term reservation.
•9). Maintain the studio condo and all its contents (including appliances, furniture, electronics, decorations, dishes, towels, and all other items) clean, present and intact. Your cooperation helps us provide an inviting atmosphere and competitive prices for all future guests.
•10). Use safety/caution at all times. Monitor children at all times. Keep children away from all danger (including but not limited to choking hazards, cleaning supplies, etc.). No running, jumping, pushing, pulling, climbing, throwing, fighting, wrestling, horseplay and/or any other possible dangerous activities inside the studio condo and/or on the resort’s grounds. Owner/Host is not responsible for any potential accidents, activities, and/or unpleasant/dangerous experiences any guest may encounter (all renters/guests at their own risk).
•11). Do not move any appliances, furniture, electronics, and/or other small and/or heavy items.
•12). Dispose of all left-over foods in the trash (do not dispose of any left-over foods in the kitchen sink, this will help prevent pipe and/or garbage disposal clogging/damage).
•13). Dispose of all sanitary products in the trash (including female wipes, baby wipes, makeup remover wipes, cleaning wipes, female pads, plastic or paper female tampon holders, diapers, and/or any other similar products). Do not flush any of these or other similar products down the toilet.
•14). Maintain both doors closed (main front door and back glass sliding door) while the air conditioner is on/running.
•15). Keep all bathroom towels inside the unit at all times. Do not take bathroom towels to the beach, pools, fitness center, saunas, and/or other areas.
•16). Use the black facial towels (located under the sink) for face drying after washing face for any makeup removal. Do not utilize any of the white towels for any makeup removal. For your convenience, complimentary makeup removal wipes are provided.
•17). Do not disconnect and/or remove any of the electronic devices and or equipment from the entertainment center/TV area.
•18). Do not connect your personal electronic devices and/or equipment (such as video game consoles, or other similar products) to the entertainment center/TV area.
•19). Do not bring items that may contain sand and/or water inside the studio condo. You may utilize the outdoor shed located on the patio area to store those particular items (such as beach chairs, beach umbrellas, swimming clothes, swimming gear, sandals, floaties, goggles, etc.).
•20). During your stay and on the morning of your checkout, take all trash to the dumpster (which is conveniently located near Building 6, just a few steps away from the parking lot).
•21). Make sure you close and lock both doors every time you leave the studio condo (main front door and back glass sliding door).
•22). Upon your checkout, turn off the: television, all lights, the ceiling fan, and any major/minor appliance with a power button. All of these should be turned off to save energy and prevent additional charges/fees.
•23). Pots and Pans should be washed by hand (to help remove all difficult residue).
•24). All soiled dishes, glasses, cups, utensils and other, should be placed inside the dishwasher prior to your checkout (please use top and bottom rack accordingly).
•25). During your stay, if you prefer to wash soiled dishes by hand (and not by dishwasher) place clean dishes inside the dishwasher after washing them so they can air dry before storing them back inside the cabinets.
•26). When making coffee, use a white disposable coffee filter (complimentary white disposable filters located inside pantry). The reusable coffee filter is part of the coffee machine and should be clean after each use and not thrown away.
•27). Leave all soiled/utilized linens out and unfolded. Do not place soiled/utilized linens back inside the ottoman or make the beds with them (you do not have to strip the linens and placed them in the laundry hamper unless you wish to do so).
•28). The owner/host will not be liable for situations/circumstances that are out of her/his control. Some of these may include repairs/updates to any of the resort’s amenities which can result in the amenities being closed and/or out of service. Weather, flight delays, and/or other similar situations/circumstances are part of this. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
•29). Note that every single item in the studio condo is accounted for as part of our routine inventory which is meticulously done before every single checkin and after every single checkout. Please, no missing, lost, and/or damaged items.
•30). Just like with many other home rentals, hotels, and/or motels, please note that fees/charges may apply for incidentals and/or violations of this rental agreement and these house rules.
