"Arrived at 5:15pm, and there was no one at check in. Rang the bell, and fortunately, a nice fellow customer opened the door for us, without which we would have been stranded outside in the middle of nowhere. We waited an hour in the lobby for someone to show up, during which I called the manager three times and left two messages.
